Recent additions to FiLEX has enabled me to provide a public demo of the Coldfusion Flex File Management application. With the inclusion of a configuration file and some simple settings, i have added the ability to allow users to only view their own directories and thus offer the management of a single directory within this locked down location.
While using this application, please note that i have added limitations to the uploading and processing of images. The following are the limits and restrictions i have put in place to keep the system secure.
allowed extensions for uploading = jpg, png, jpeg, pdf, doc, gif
image that can be resized = jpg, jpeg, png, gif
max file size upload = 300kb
Please feel free to test the application and provide any feedback and comments to the application.

Jun 8, 2010 at 2:39 AM Question: Is it running with Railo in the backend? Gert
Jun 8, 2010 at 2:55 AM @Gert Yes, i develop locally with CF9 and my remote host is running the most recent update of Railo 3.1. Like the variation of CFML engines to ensure that what CF9 does, Railo can!
May 14, 2011 at 12:20 PM Hi, If I would like to use it in my CMS I would need the ability to set for each website where the files should be uploaded to, is that possible?
May 18, 2011 at 8:43 AM @Bianca, it depends how the cms is setup to handle the different sites.
